“I had the pleasure to meet dr. Canonici in June 2000 when I was the captain of my contrada of the Palio of Siena.Unfortunately at that time it was 25 years we hadn’t won but with him everything changed: in the first three Palios run, we won twice and one time we finished second. From that point, I have also been using his service for my thoroughbred stud and he contributed to our outstanding production of so many good horses in a relative restricted time as Biz The Nurse (130° Italian Derby-GR2, Milano Gran Prix-GR1), Gentleman Only – Beauty Only (Champions Mile-GR1) only mentioning the Group 1 winners, other than many others Group and Listed winners.

The last young champion which has been treated by dr. Canonici is Biz Power , one of the best two years old Italian thoroughbred and a good expectation for the three year old career.  In fact Biz Power was suffering by a serious valgus deviation of the right knee that dr. Canonici corrected surgically with extraordinary result.
